Frequently Asked Questions

To avoid disappointment, and in order to secure your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you book your next treatment or other appointment before leaving our clinic.

Otherwise, we recommend that you book at least a week in advance as we do fill up quickly and we don’t want you to miss out on the time that is most convenient for you. However, please feel free to call at the last minute, as there may be appointment changes or cancellations that allow us to make time for you. We also keep awaiting list so we can call you if your preferred appointment time becomes available. A non-refundable $100.00 deposit occurs for all treatments.

At Luxuria Beauty Clinic, in order to accommodate all of our valued clients, we need to follow a strict confirmation policy. Your appointment will be confirmed by 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment time and you will be requested to respond YES to confirm or call us to reschedule. If you do not respond we will try to call you. If we still have not heard from you, your appointment may be cancelled and made available for another of our valued clients without further notice to you. Our cancellation policy will apply.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow yourself to unwind, relax and prepare for your treatment. This applies for all of our treatments offered here at Luxuria Beauty Clinic. New clients will need to fill in our new client consultations forms as well as before and after photographs/videographs, so please allow time for that if you are new.

We value your time so it’s our policy to run on time. No one likes to be kept waiting, which is why at Luxuria Beauty Clinic we keep a strict adherence to this policy. We recommend that you arrive on time so that you receive your full service. If you arrive late we will be forced to reduce your treatment time so that the next client is not kept waiting. If you arrive so late that we cannot provide your service and still run on time for our next client, our cancellation policy will apply. We also do like to advise you if for some reason we are running behind, we will normally give you a courtesy call.
