Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. We believe in showing compassion, but we also ask our clients to respect our Booking Policy to ensure fairness for both our team and other clients.

Deposit Requirement

When booking an appointment, we require a $50 deposit of your total appointment cost. This deposit will be deducted from your final bill when you attend your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• 72-Hour Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment.

No-Show Policy

• Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full appointment total.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, contact us at +61 431 195 555 so we can advise whether you should still attend. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled.
